ORDERS & PAYMENTS

  • Applicable sales tax and fees may apply

Orders are not final until confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

FULFILLMENT, DELIVERY, & PICKUP

Products may be:

  • Shipped

  • Delivered locally

  • Available for pickup

VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Vendors using the Marketplace agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable New York State and federal laws

  • Maintain proper licenses, permits, and food safety standards

  • Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner

We reserve the right to remove Vendors or products at our discretion.

PROHIBITED USES

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Copy, scrape, or exploit Marketplace content

  • Harm the reputation or integrity of the Marketplace or its participants

You may not use, reproduce, or distribute Marketplace content without prior written permission.

DISCLSAIMER OF WARRANTIES

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New York state or federal courts.
