Garlic Butter Mushroom Kebabs

INGREDIENTS
1 lb (500g) brown mushrooms, or white mushrooms
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the surface of the mushrooms with paper towels and trim the stems slightly. Place the mushrooms in a container.
Add the melted butter, garlic, salt, lemon juice, and parsley, and stir to combine well. Thread 3 or 4 mushrooms onto each skewer, reserving some of the garlic butter herb marinade. Place the mushroom kebabs on the grill over direct heat.
Grill for 3 minutes on one side, then turn over and grill for another 2 minutes. While grilling, brush the remaining marinade onto the mushrooms. Serve immediately.
